Collection: Terms and Conditions for Custom Keys

Terms & Conditions: Minimum order quantity of 50 sets per finish.  50 set MOQ can be split into 5 equal shipments (of 10 sets) spread over a maximum period of 10 months.  Scheduled shipments will release (and your card will be charged) automatically as scheduled.  Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.  Scheduled release dates can be pulled forward.  Scheduled release dates cannot be pushed out.  You will be contacted within 5 business days of submission.  Once your logo has been confirmed as acceptable, we will provide you with a part number, price quote, and preliminary delivery date.  Price quote will be valid for 30 days.  Production of your custom keys will not begin until a firm, non-cancelable electronic purchase order has been received from you.  Final delivery dates will be confirmed upon our placing a production PO for your custom tuning keys.  Your scheduled release dates may need to be modified accordingly. Custom key orders are not eligible for the 5% or 10% volume discounts normally afforded to orders reaching $500 or $1000. Custom logo tuners are ineligible for returns outside of proven manufacturer defects.

Purchaser confirms that it owns any artwork or logo provided and it is not violating any other entity’s trademarks or intellectual property by supplying said artwork or logo. Furthermore, purchaser confirms that it will indemnify and hold harmless Allparts Music Corporation, its affiliates, and its officers, from and against all losses, claims, suits or other legal liability and legal expenses of any nature imposed upon or brought against them by any third party regarding the use of supplied artwork and logo as well as reimbursement for any unusable material already purchased at the time of such notification.
